Sport Specific Hero Bar in WKO

The New Sport-Specific Hero Bar in WKO

Overview

Do you cycle with a power meter? Run with Styrd? Use a C2 rower? WKO5 now allows you to specify a specific sport type in the Hero Bar to display at a glance the key performance indicators (KPI) for whatever sport you want. And you can switch any time!

The value of this function is simple to see. Power training used to be limited to cycling, but with the explosion of new devices and programs, power training and its associated principles are useful almost everywhere. Running with power is fast become a leading format of training, and now rowing with power is quickly emerging, as well. WKO gives you the ability to summarize your sport type metrics so that you can stay on top of what really matters.
